Lock details provide information about a lock's online or offline status, current reader mode, and any notifications or recent events for the reader. Notifications are important lock alerts that require immediate attention, such as Door Forced Open.

You can change the mode of the lock, temporarily unlock a door, or set an override mode from this screen. For for information, refer to Lock Actions.

  1. From the device tree, select the actions menu on the lock, and then choose View Details to open the lock details screen.

  2. If there are any lock notifications, these will be displayed in the Statuses list.

  3. To see more details about a lock event, select the event from Recent Events for the Device.
